Shipping Policies

$10.00 Shipping and Handling Fee on Any Size order shipping regular UPS Ground. 

This $10.00 fee does not include Printers. Shipping cost for Printers are based on UPS charges to your zip code.

Please call for shipping cost on all Printers.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Shipments outside the 48 continental United States cannot ship "standard" ground service and/or may involve additional requirements. Our primary shipping company is ups.  regular ground shipping takes 3 to 7 business days.

All in-stock orders placed before 2:00pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the next business day. If any problems occur with your order we will contact you.  If you need your order shipped NEXT DAY ASAP we suggest you call, fax or email Printer Source.

All orders must be over $50.00.  Tax will be added to PA, NJ and NY.  If you are tax exempt please fax your tax ID for to Printer Source at 215-538-0894.  New York Customer: due to the different county taxes - tax will be added to your total after it is process.  We will charge your credit card the tax amount for your county.
